We are a full-service sports medicine and interventional pain management practice. We believe that no one deserves to suffer from chronic pain. We believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve you and alleviate your pain to the greatest degree possible. We believe in providing comprehensive pain management services for our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical, emotional and mental state possible.

Do I have to get a referral before I can come to your office?
It depends on the insurance you are using. You can check with your insurance or give us a call and we will check for you.
Do you treat kids?
Yes! Dr. Higgins specializes in Pediatric Biodynamics and Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine. These are very effective treatments for people of all ages but especially pediatrics.
Do you manage Medtronic pain and baclofen pumps?
Yes, if you have spasticity or chronic pain, you may benefit from a Medtronic pump. Request an appointment to speak with Dr. Higgins about this possibility.
What can I take for pain that doesn't require a prescription?
We have high quality, medical grade, hemp products in the office. The products we carry are only available to physicians. You do not need a prescription and they are natural and safe. We also offer high absorption turmeric, magnesium with melatonin and vitamin D. Talk to Dr. Higgins about using these supplements to ease your pain or visit calmmypain.com
Where are you located?
We are on the southwest corner of Higley and Baseline roads. If you go south on Claiborne, our office is the second on the right as you enter Gateway Medical Center.
